Description
Wonder Woman #25 is part of the acclaimed post-Crisis ongoing series published by DC Comics (December 1988), and serves as a tie-in to the DC-wide Invasion! crossover event. Titled “The Burning School”, the story is plotted by George Pérez with pencils by Chris Marrinan and inks by Will Blyberg. The issue opens with Lieutenant Etta Candy running for her life on a Pacific island after detecting transmissions from invading alien vessels, while on Themyscira the oracle Menalippe senses a threat breaking through the divine portal — bringing Wonder Woman face to face with a trio of hostile Thanagarian ships.
