Description
Underworld Unleashed #1 is the opening chapter of the three-issue crossover event published by DC Comics (November 1995), written by Mark Waid with pencils by Howard Porter and inks by Dan Green. The story opens with Abra Kadabra approaching the Rogues Gallery with a proposition — an offer of power and respect in exchange for destroying five targets simultaneously. The Rogues are killed when the targets are destroyed, and this act sets the demon Neron free upon the Earth. From there, Neron begins his campaign of temptation across the DC Universe, offering villains and heroes alike their deepest desires in exchange for their souls. A landmark Modern Age event that permanently reshaped DC’s villain landscape, and notably features the first appearance of Neron. Presented in Very Good condition.
