Description
Marvel’s Mightiest Heroes #024: The Avengers is part of the bi-weekly hardcover collector’s series published by Hachette Partworks and Marvel Comics (2014). This volume brings together two landmark Avengers stories — Kurt Busiek and George Pérez‘s “Ultron Unlimited” from 1999, in which the Avengers face off against the relentless megalomaniac robot Ultron, and Stan Lee and Jack Kirby‘s “The Coming of the Avengers” from 1963, in which Thor, Iron Man, the Hulk, Ant-Man, and the Wasp first unite to stop Loki. Together the two stories span over three decades of Avengers history, making this a fitting showcase of how far Marvel’s mightiest team has come. A must-have for any Marvel fan, this numbered hardcover edition is part of the complete 130-volume Marvel’s Mightiest Heroes series.
